BOOK JEREMY
Jeremy thoroughly understands the most precious resource any of us have is our time. And he knows when someone gives their time to attend an event – they want to make certain it was invested wisely. He also knows forward-thinking people are simply turned off by “motivational/inspirational speakers” who provide nothing more than entertaining stories which possess no substance or testable processes.

When you book Jeremy – you get much more than Band-Aids and aspirin. You get the solutions people are looking for that provide the long-term results they desire.
JEREMY’S COMMITMENT
"Every time I speak my goal is to accomplish two things: First, add value to the people I talk to. Second, exceed the expectations of the person who invited me." ~Jeremy McGilvrey

JEREMY’S MOST REQUESTED SPEECHES
HABITS, PATTERNS, SYSTEMS, & ROUTINES
Few topics excite Jeremy more than discussing habits. He believes, “Most of the decisions people make everyday are not decisions at all – they’re habits, and that people need to stop sleepwalking their way through life.” Jeremy became obsessed with this subject when he began attempting to understand why people behaved the way they behaved. He spent an exorbitant amount of time devouring one behavioral study after another searching for answers. And all roads lead him to habits. Jeremy discovered that our behavior is nothing more than a conglomerate of habits we’ve accumulated. He extracts much of the research Charles Duhigg employed in his highly influential book, The Power of Habit. Then he walks everyone through a life-changing study researcher Ann Graybiel of MIT published that revolutionized the way we view habits. The audience will learn exactly how habits are formed, (good and bad), and what they need to do to break the habits that may not necessarily be all that positive in their lives. (Apx. 90 min.)
WHERE DOES CREATIVITY COME FROM?
Research from the Torrance Center for Creativity and Talent Development has helped Jeremy understand many basic truths about how our imagination works. He explores several prominent studies such as, The 3 B’s of Creativity: Bed, Bath, and Bus, but hones in on a famous lecture Nobel Prize recipient Niels Bohr gave at the University of Cambridge in 1913. Of course no creativity talk is complete without mentioning one of the fathers of innovation - the late Steve Jobs. Jeremy leaves the audience with the strategy Jobs used to literally change the world. Hint: Think inside the box. This talk is certain to get any audiences creative juices flowing! (Apx. 60 min.)
YOU GOT THIS!
This is where Jeremy brings the house down. He tells one motivational and inspirational story after another. Many times he utilizes video clips and online testimonials from people who have overcame enormous odds to achieve success. This presentation will transcend any audience that may be struggling with what legendary motivational speaker Jim Rohn calls “Stinkin Thinkin.” Prepare to laugh. Prepare to cry. But most importantly, prepare to be motivated and inspired like never before. (Apx. 70 min.)
IT TAKES GRIT NOT TO QUIT
Discussing a West Point study that revealed grit as being the No.1 factor determining whether or not cadets became military officers, Jeremy explains what it takes to persevere when life throws one curve ball after another at us. He uses his own personal story of struggle to inspire audiences to dig deep within themselves to find an inner strength that can only be awakened when we have absolutely no choice but to arouse it. Perhaps the most beneficial resource this talk provides is the method Jeremy used to stay positive when he found himself in a very negative environment. Watch members of your audience rise to the occasion! (Apx. 60 min.)
